DESCRIPTION:
Waterborne quick dry traffic paint with a 50% solids polymer emulsion binder in conjunction with high quality powdered pigments, binders, and liquid drier to produce a good cost/performance-balanced paint that possesses the environmental advantages of a waterborne system This paint is specifically formulated for use in any heated or non-heated striping machine and can be applied to a variety of surfaces. It has the capability to resist a rigorous environment encountered on highways and related surfaces such as parking lots and airfields. Due to the fast drying paint properties, traffic cones are not required in the paint striping areas.
DIRECTIONS:
Do not mix with other paints. Do not tint. Do not apply at temperatures less than 50F(10C) humidity over 85%, or if rain is expected within one hour. Strain into striping tank through a 16 mesh screen to prevent clogging of equipment. After use, equipment should be cleaned promptly.
SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface should be dry, clean and free of grease, dust and other foreign matter. May be used on freshly sealed asphalt surfaces, coal tar surfaces, and concrete and as a primer for alkyd-based traffic paints.
MATERIAL PREPARATION:
Mix thoroughly. Ready to use for most applications. If thinning is necessary do not exceed one quart of water per five gallons of paint.
PRECAUTIONS:
All surfaces exposed to waterborne paints must be stainless steel, coated metal or plastic, due to a chemical reaction.
