We have instituted the following procedures to be sure our finished goods are free from e-coli. 

 We take a random sample weekly and test it using the neogen system.  We have a random sample procedure in place based on excel random number selector.

In the event of a presumptive positive test result, all products in that lot will be placed on hold.  A sample will be sent to ABC Labs for verification of our results.  In the event of a positive e-coli result, the product will not be shipped.

We have an onsite USDA representative daily inspecting our facility.
